English video consultation
An English-speaking physician conducts an approximately 10-minute physician consultation online. Treatment and prescription depend on the physician’s assessment.
Ongoing clinical support
Physician-led weight management and skin-care consultation, review of nutrition, blood testing when medically necessary, and follow-up after the consultation.
Who this service is for
Our private clinic Tokyo service is for residents in Japan seeking scheduled online care, including online weight management Japan and skin-care consultation. Medicines, when prescribed, are delivered domestically in Japan only.
Not for emergencies. If you have severe symptoms or need urgent care, contact emergency services or an appropriate local medical facility. We do not provide emergency response through LINE.
Your physician
Clinic Director Dr. Maiko Kiyama is a board-certified specialist of the Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She graduated from the University of Tsukuba School of Medicine and trained at the University of Tokyo Hospital and Toranomon Hospital, among other medical institutions. Your English doctor online Japan consultation remains a medical assessment; a requested treatment or prescription is not guaranteed.
How the consultation works
- Contact the clinic on LINE and complete the pre-consultation questions.
- Attend the scheduled English medical consultation Tokyo appointment by video.
- The physician explains whether treatment is appropriate, along with risks, alternatives and costs.
- If a prescription is issued and payment is completed, delivery is made within Japan.
- Use LINE for continuing questions and follow-up.
How fees are calculated
Your initial total is the treatment or medicine price shown before confirmation, plus the initial consultation fee of ¥1,650, delivery of ¥2,000 by refrigerated service for Mounjaro or ¥660 by standard service for all other medicines currently listed, and any medically necessary blood test explained and agreed in advance. The follow-up consultation fee is ¥0. Items marked as including consultation or delivery are not charged twice.

Can visitors to Japan use this service?
The service is intended for people who reside in Japan and can receive domestic delivery. It is not designed as travel medicine or urgent care.
Will I receive the treatment I request?
Not necessarily. The physician decides whether treatment, testing and prescription are medically appropriate after the consultation.
Do you ship outside Japan?
No. Domestic delivery in Japan only.
